About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Inventory Analyst to manage our engineering inventory in Santa Clara and oversee new product inventory. This role is crucial for embedding controls, driving continuous improvement, automating processes, and ensuring inventory accuracy. The successful candidate will ensure real-time system transactions align with inventory movements and collaborate closely with our engineering, operations, and logistics teams to guarantee material availability.
What you’ll achieve:
- Conduct thorough reviews and analyses of inventory levels, locations, and product types to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of inventory processes to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement controls to enhance inventory management efficiency.
- Assist in executing cycle counts and physical inventory counts as established in SCC and ISE, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Quickly identify, understand, and resolve inventory issues, performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- Perform inventory reconciliations across all US locations, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Analyze and resolve instances of discrepant inventory, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Partner with the NPI Planner and engineers to track the movement of NPI (new product introduction) materials between SCC, ISE, PRIME, and ATK.
- Manage the check-in and check-out of engineering parts within established service level agreements (SLAs).
- Provide support to the Inventory Controls Manager and Logistics/Inventory Manager as necessary, contributing to team goals and objectives.
About you:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management, with a focus on controls and analysis highly preferred.
- Highly skilled in data analysis and analytics, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in NetSuite or capable of quickly learning and efficiently using inventory management systems.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of inventory management.

The full base pay range for this role is between $77,500 and $129,000.
