About the role:
As a Memory Subsystem Verification Engineer, you’ll be shaping and delivering high-quality, next-gen AI-integrated server-class SoCs. In this role, you will be responsible for executing the verification of complex SoC memory subsystems, ensuring the highest levels of quality and performance. As a member of the DV Team, you will be responsible for verifying the DDR5 memory controller and physical interface designs with the highest quality by partnering with design teams. You will be responsible for developing complex test plans and driving the implementation and execution of the same across block level and SoC level test bench implementations. In addition, you will drive the closure of the verification cycle across x-prop, power-aware and gate level simulations.
What you’ll achieve:
- Detailed memory subsystem verification.
- Test planning development to ensure comprehensive coverage of the design's architecture.
- Coding test cases using SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Debugging using Verdi, VCS.
- Perform functional coverage and analysis ensure comprehensive testing
About you:
- 3+ years of understanding of the industry standard DDR4/DDR5 protocols.
- Development experience in languages common to the industry (e.g. Verilog, System Verilog, C, C++, Perl, Python).
- Good verification experience and adept at UVM verification methodologies.
- Hands-on test bench and random constrained testcase development.
- Debugging using Verdi, VCS.
- Exposure to different verification techniques such as x-prop, power-aware simulations.
- A grasp of gate level simulations.
- Exposure to AMBA/AXI protocols and coherent fabric interconnect will be desired.
Education:
- BS degree & 5 years of related experience; MS degree & 3 years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field

The full base pay range for this role is between$124,900 and $208,100.
