About the role:
- You will join the System Level Test (SLT) team to manage data processes for all test data. You will have the opportunity to work with big data in chip screening through various types of tests, including Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and System Level Test (SLT). Your role involves providing data tools to support operations and engineering teams in improving yields and resolving issues. The activities you perform are crucial to the company's growth. The SLT Software Team at Ampere Computing consists of dedicated professionals committed to producing the best products, and collaborating with the manufacturing and engineering teams to tackle challenges in a dynamic and enjoyable work environment.
What you’ll achieve:
- Develop and enhance the data infrastructure for all test data from distributed test systems and diverse test cases.
- Build the data process to ensure the data is safe and protected with high performance and quality.
- Build scalability for test databases to accommodate growth and high volumes.
- Provide flexible data tools for various types of requests.
- Process and integrate data from different test data standards.
About you:
- 8+ years working experience on Data Engineering with strong knowledge of data infrastructure for Big Data.
- Experience with data engineering concepts and tools for data processing and integration (airflow, pandas, spark..)
- Experience with data parsing such as Elastic-search.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R.
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and data sources.
- Proficiency in SQL and database management systems.
- Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Solid understanding of statistical methods and hypothesis testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Experience with leading or managing a data team.
- Experience on data analysis is a benefit.
- BS/MS/Ph.D in Electronic Engineering/ Computer Engineering/ Data Science or Equivalent.
