Ampere is seeking to fill a temporary staff augmentation Cloud Systems Administrator – Office 365 role supporting our IT Department for an anticipated period of 3 months with a possibility of extension.
 
Scope of Work:

We are seeking an experienced Atlassian Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, Jira Service Management, Managing Assets with Insight, creating dashboards, working with JQL and AQL, creating custom fields, working with advanced workflow and advanced roadmaps. The Atlassian Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our Atlassian suite of tools, ensuring that they are configured optimally to meet the needs of our organization.

Deliverables:

  • Manage and maintain our Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Jira Service Management
  • Configure and customize Jira workflows, screens, fields, and notifications to meet the needs of our organization
  • Create and manage custom fields, issue types, and workflows
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into project status and progress
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
  • Provide training and support to end-users on how to use the Atlassian tools effectively
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Atlassian tools
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of the Atlassian tools and make recommendations for improvements

Education, Skills, & Experience Desired:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • At least 9 years of experience as an Atlassian Administrator
  • Experience with Jira Cloud, Confluence Cloud, and Jira Service Management
  • Experience with Managing Assets with Insight
  • Strong understanding of JQL and AQL
  • Experience creating custom fields, workflows, and dashboards
  • Experience with advanced workflow and advanced roadmaps
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Engagement Arrangements:

As a Contingent Worker, you will work as an employee of a Staffing Vendor firm, who provides staff augmentation and payroll services for Ampere Computing. The staffing firm offers weekly pay based on approved timecard submittal, medical benefits, and other employment benefits, based on eligibility. The hourly pay range for this role is between $55 and $75 per hour.

The role is based at either Ampere’s Santa Clara, CA Headquarters or in Portland, OR office.

Hybrid schedule available.
