Job Title: Cloud Systems Administrator, Office 365 (Temporary Contract Staff Augmentation Role)

Ampere is seeking to fill a temporary staff augmentation Cloud Systems Administrator – Office 365 role supporting our IT Department for an anticipated period of 3 months with a possibility of extension.
Scope of Work:
The Microsoft Cloud Administrator will lead and work with Ampere IT Teams on the following:
- Microsoft 365 Assessment and Clean-Up
- SharePoint Assessment and Clean-Up
- Configuration and Deployment of Data Classifications and Labeling
- MS Teams Assessment and Clean-Up
- Configuration and Deployment of Lifecycle Management
Deliverables:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft 365 environments (specifically related to SharePoint, MS Teams and Power Automate Flows).
- Implement and manage security measures to protect cloud resources and data.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud services and applications.
- Coordinate with Ampere IT to integrate cloud solutions with systems.
- Develop and maintain documentation for cloud infrastructure, processes, and procedures.
Education, Skills, & Experience Desired:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in cloud administration, specifically with Microsoft technologies.
- Microsoft 365 Certified Administrator.
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE).
- Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and related cloud technologies.
- Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.
- Current knowledge of industry trends and best practices in cloud computing and security.
- Proficient in PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Engagement Arrangements:
As a Contingent Worker, you will work as an employee of a Staffing Vendor firm, who provides staff augmentation and payroll services for Ampere Computing. The staffing firm offers weekly pay based on approved timecard submittal, medical benefits, and other employment benefits, based on eligibility. The hourly pay range for this role is between $55 and $75 per hour.
The role is based at either Ampere’s Santa Clara, CA Headquarters or in Portland, OR office.
Hybrid schedule available.
